Separate the pkg-config --libs output into --libs-only-l for
'libraries' and --libs-{other,only-L} for 'ldflags'.
Updates one spot in common.gypi where we were using 'linkflags'.

You asked me for a test, so the result is: I'm no longer getting errors about
mangled -Wl flags, but the "mass replacing" fix you told me about on irc worked
fully (everything compiled), and with fix from this patch I get this error when
linking base_unittests:

Linking /home/ph/chromium-git/src/sconsbuild/Debug/obj/base/base_unittests
/usr/lib/gcc/i686-pc-linux-gnu/4.2.4/../../../../i686-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ld:
cannot find -lssl3
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

So this is probably something related to my Gentoo. Please decide what is better
then. At least it fixed the original problem.
