Why is it necessary to store a pointer to extension's pref store in Profile?

It seems like ExtensionPrefs could get it directly from PrefValueStore (via
Profile).

Or if that is too coupled, Profile::GetExtensionPrefStore() could get it from
PrefValueStore.
