Description

Temporarily disable the v8 *_arm targets on Linux so we can roll this out while working on the right model to handle building both variants. Includes gyp DEPS roll to get fixes for latest Linux backend. Committed: http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=12336

Since this is temporary, wonky inconsistent bracketing/indenting style is just
to avoid white space changes now and when we get rid of this.
