This only tests that the reported size and the size of the dump file are
consistent. If the wrong size is detected, both the dump and --get-size will
have identical garbage, and the test will pass.

Hmmm, that's a good point.

Perhaps we also need to compare against the size reported by JEDEC ID (opcode
9fh, ID7-ID0). That will require some further changes in flashrom, so I've added
a TODO.
