Description

Add git repo mirrors for IBus to DEPS. IBus is an input method framework that we'll use to implement I18N text input features for Chrome OS. IBus-Chewing is IM engine for Chinese, and IBus-Anthy is for Japanese. Though Ubuntu Karmic has IBus packages as well, we'd prefer to use IBus trunk since we very likely need to modify IBus code itself.
