git cl dcommit somehow committed all my local changes in cygwin

I was working on one patch "branchFoo" then I did "git checkout -b branchBar"

I uploaded the diff via, "git cl upload branchFoo" It uploaded the gitignore
change that consited in one file (which was correct).

Then I did "git cl dcommit branchFoo" it said on the screen:
$ git cl dcommit traverse

Then the mess happened (submitted around 5 commits which was from my local
branch). :( 

I reverted the others hopefully.

"git cl dcommit" doesn't work with any arguments, so it committed everything it
found.  It is a bad UI.  I will fix it, really sorry!
