Added a function to update chroot sudoers automatically.

This function is now called by enter_chroot.sh.  A separate change
will call the function from make_chroot

This is the first half of the change to auto-update the chroot so that people
don't need to do it by hand.  The second half will also call the function from
make_chroot in that case that you're using make_chroot to do an incremental
upgrade.

Put David and Antoine as reviewers since they were most interested in the fix.

David may have other ideas about how to make it so that people don't even need
to exit the chroot, but otherwise LGTM.

Antoine,

It turns out that you don't need to exit the chroot.  If you were already in
the chroot, the old version of sudoers is fine.  I mentioned in my previous
email that I was 99% sure about this.  I'm not 99.5% sure of this.  I'm
happy to dig into all the details (privately or on this list) if you want.

your upgrade to the sudo package.
