LiveEdit: reflect scope_info moving out of Code

Hi Soren

LiveEdit became broken when scope info was moved out of Code into
SharedFunctionInfo. This fixes it.
It's a bit complicated by the fact that I already have something called "scope
info" in my code, which actually describes scope that is outer for the current
function.
