Description

Explicitly set the input method on IME connected, even if it's the hardware layout. BUG=none TEST=Add the Dutch input method. Set the input method to US Querty. Log out. Log in. Ensure the starting input method is US Querty. Committed: http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=55170
