Description

Initial add of Entd readme. At the moment it's only got info on how to get the TPM and PKCS11 emulator running on a dev box, so that you don't need to mess around with a gadget for unit tests. In the future there should be some more info, like how to build entd, or something. BUG=None TEST=None

LGTM

Nice!  I'll play along later, but I'd be happy to check this in now!  My only
comment might be that this could be better named: README.testing or README.dev
since it is specific to getting a machine setup for developing/testing.
