Description

Microfix to cause ChromeOS to always try to renew credentials. BUG=43462 TEST=Login to ChromeOS, log out, log in again, sync should still work. Get into GAIA credential failure state, out and in again and it should still work. Committed: http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=52268
