parallel_emerge: print total time and load in status output

I found this one to be pretty useful when running --fast builds, to see how the
system load moved over time.

I can imagine wanting to move some of thus under a debug option down the road,
but the build is already pretty verbose and it doesn't add new lines to the
output.
