Description

Enable --wait-for-debugger for the browser process. Helpful when the browser itself is a child process (e.g. of pyauto). BUG=none TEST=Run Chrome with --wait-for-debugger. Make sure it waits for debugger. Committed: http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=50662
