Description

Disable tests failing on official builders downloads.DownloadsTest.testZip -- fails on official win builder when run thru buildbot only. runs fine when run manually codesign -- codesign tests should be run *after* the build has been signed BUG=50481 TEST=pyauto_functional_tests go green on official mac, win builders Committed: http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=54344
