Fix Linux shared build breakages due to undefined symbols.

This is 1 of 3 to fix shared build. Tony, as we discussed before, when these are
all in, can we make the Linux shared buildbot a first-class citizen so people
will know when the shared compile breaks?

I'm OK with this, because at this point we haven't decided how much of views
we're going to use.  We might not use any of it, and in that case it would be
trivial to remove the dependence on views (once that decision has been made.) 
What do you think about splitting these off into a separate exclusion statement
in the scons file, with a comment saying they may or may not be ported?

Oh, you're removing files.  Can you add a comment to these lines that they
compile but aren't needed?
