I think this is the reason why the menu item showed up for you when it shouldn't
have. If you can review and then apply this one line fix on your branch to see
if the problem goes away I would be most appreciative. :)

Inore the try server errors, they are due to the tree being red for a while so
LKGR points to a version that predates my addition of the file... :/

I've decided to TBR this change and check it in since the change is trivial and
I've had an external report that complains about the same bug.
