Description

Menu theme tuning. - Remove our white border and default 1px vertical padding; - Make menu's gradient background more subtle; - Use old white background for combobox popup menu; BUG=chromium-os:2691, chromium-os:3345 TEST=Verify menu background is okay for both long and short menus per issue 2691 and verify fix for issue 3345.
