Added angleproject back but with a different name. The trybots/buildbots would just not forget about angleproject.

I generally agree it's awful. It's just the easiest way to continue working
and just eventually switch back once the dust settled. Otherwise it'll force
a full checkout on the build slaves, which is painful.

rather than deps?

sound like it's targeted at windows and doesn't make sense on anything else.

platforms.
