The timeout ones have been flaky in the past, so I was leaving it so it would be
easier to see that it was flaky in the past.  All my runs today it's passing,
but when I did the first round of cleanups, I'd have things be fine for 2 days,
then then start failing again and looking at file history for this wasn't very
pretty.

I'll nuke it if you'd rather.

That sounds good. LGTM if you update the comment with a note explaining it (e.g.
"this was flaky but it seems to have stabilized; remove if it proves itself")
