Fix except clauses with multiple browser names. The scripts parse the list on spaces, so delete the extra whitespace. Also, special case Chrome for one v8 test, in which Chrome expects no parenthesis around the exception.

The test fixes I made a couple weeks ago didn't all take effect because the
parsing mechanism the selenium test scripts use is based on spaces. So I removed
the spaces in the test list except clauses. If you would rather me change the
script to parse differently, let me know. This should get us green tests, except
for Vista/IE, which I will deal with in a separate CL.
