Description

Enable build dependency checking for dpkg-buildpackage so that we get a better error if there are missing dependencies. (I thought this was on by default already, but it turns out that adding -a turns it off by default.) Committed: http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=20074
