Fix problem where textfields are not drawn when added to a hierarchy

Found a problem where Textfields wouldn't draw in a window unless layout was
called on them explicitly after they were added to the hierarchy. After talking
with sky it appears that a call to Layout may have been removed after the recent
TextField -> Textfield changes.
