Description

[GTTF] Remove the in-process test launcher, which is no longer used. I plan to further rearrange the files after landing this CL so that the names make sense again. TEST=browser tests and live sync tests BUG=none Committed: http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=42737
