I need a mechanism to do a branded build on my desktop.  The branded build needs
to include Keystone, Breakpad, and have the right plist-whacking.  This is so I
can test the "update now" button, make sure icons are correct, etc.
It would be most convenient if this was a target in chrome.gyp.  As part of
removing this, can you add in a new target which runs tweak_app_infoplist? 
Also, I don't see any mechanism in the tree to add breakpad/keystone anymore.
