Adjust the dimension of import dialog box for Tamil.

TEST=Run CHrome with '--lang=ta' with Firefox runing. Try to import bookmarks and settings
from Firefox into Chrome. The dialog box alerting that Firefox is running should not be truncated.

This is kinda half-blind CL because the dialog box (ImportLock dialog) has
different strings depending on whether it's Google Chrome or Chromium. I
cofirmed that it's ok in Chromium (untranslated English text + Tamil buttons),
but my attempt tonight to build Google Chrome led my tree to a weird state. So,
it may be too large for Google Chrome but I'm pretty sure there'll be no
truncation.
