If the host is in the process of being destroyed, maybe passing host is
potentially a little dangerous. I would take that param out, unless you're sure
you need it.

Should we consider having |delete this| here at the end, so we can't forget? Or
are you anticipating some of these filters outliving the host? Alternatively,
the PpapiHostDestroyed virtual function could be pure-virtual, just to force
derived classes to think about it.

This seems reasonable. I'm not actually sure how this will end up being used.
