Description

Fixes bug in adding bookmark groups. Adding wasn't setting the modified date, which meant newly added groups wouldn't show up in the combobox of the bookmark bubble. BUG=766 TEST=see bug Committed: http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=5400
