The filepath seems wrong.  It seems that it should be
    'filepath': 'net/disk_cache/|net/http_cache',
or even
    'filepath': 'net/disk_cache/.*|'\
                'net/http_cache/.*',

Also, there is no 'http_cache' subdirectory under 'net'.
