We should define the types of all PP_Resource variables. I can find an example
offline.

Done. I followed the doc, but aren't we going to use PPB_Buffer for all binary
buffers? In my new patch I'm using PPB_Buffer instead of the "TBD binary buffer"
noted in the doc. Should I update the doc, or should I change the patch? :)
