I've have updated the CL per our discussion. It archives all remoting binaries
and their PDBs to remoting-win32.zip. All binaries are marked with 'symsrc'
filegroup, so they will (along with PDBs) be archived to the symbol server. No
filegroup is set for PDBs.

Unfortunately, there's no good way to test other than running it on the official
builder. I have some basic unittests for the archive scripts and FILES.cfg
stuff, and I'm trying to add more bit by bit, but the whole official build
process is so unwieldy (multipled by X channels and Y platforms), that it's not
likely to get a proper test infrastructure any time soon.
