Roll Skia DEPS to 3754; add recent source files to skia.gyp.

Control group is at http://codereview.chromium.org/10190009/. That failed due to whitespace file conflicts.

Second pass is at http://codereview.chromium.org/10186010/. win-gpu bot appears to be flaky.

LG2Y, anybody? This run generally did better than the control
(http://codereview.chromium.org/10186010/) - not that it should have, we didn't
expect much in the way of Chromium-visible changes with this roll.

linux_layout: comparable to control with a huge number of css3 & svg webkit test
failures
linux_layout_rel: ditto

mac: matches control
mac_layout_rel: ditto

win: failure looks like unrelated flake
win_layout: typical timeouts
win_layout_rel: unexpected failure, but not related? worrisome... The test
sounds fragile, but doesn't have a history of flake.
