Description

Use the right command for dartc. Tests running correctly now. The python script does some sort of batch processing to speed up the test runs. None of that is in the dart scripts yet. R=whesse@google.com BUG= TEST= Committed: https://code.google.com/p/dart/source/detail?r=1610
