seems that dartc fails also with the unittest_vm.dart. 

Let's add it back, and disable those dartc test by adding an exception to
client/tests/dartc/dartc.status:
(add the following right after the prefix):

client/testing/unittest/sample.dart: Skip
client/testing/unittest/unittest_vm.dart: Skip
